Job Description

The purpose of the job is to provide executive management and Board with information, interpretation, analysis and commentary on qualitative and quantitative institutional and sector data, to assist in evidence based strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • A good first degree or its equivalent from a reputable University in Business Administration, Economics or any Social Science discipline
  • Post Graduate qualification (s), e.g. M.Sc. MBA, will be desirable and an added advantage
  • Proficiency in the MS Excel, MS Word, Statistical and fields specific software
  • Considerable competence in a managerial or professional field in order to understand and apply advanced policies, practices, concepts or principles
  • Good knowledge of research methodology and strategic planning tools
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience, 3 of which must be in management position
  • Applicant must not be more than 45 years of age
