Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate the company's information technology systems, networks, and services.
- Day to day IT support.
- Knowledge of network and database server systems.
- Knowledge of phone systems - Microsoft Lync, IP-PABX
- Familiarity with web content management tools like WordPress.
- High level of proficiency in Windows Server 2000, 2003, and 2008; MS.
- Exchange (email/collaboration) 2007, 2012; Microsoft SQL Server 2008.
- 2012; Microsoft SharePoint 2010, 2013; MS Office 2010, 2013 and Windows SharePoint collaboration services; Windows XP, Vista, 8 and other merging systems.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
- Professional Certifications: MCITP (Required), CCNA (Required), ITIL v3 foundation, PRINCE2 Foundation, MSCE.
- 3-5 years' experience in similar field.
