Job Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective

• The chief of staff will work closely with our CEO and be involved in strategy, operations, business development, expansion, and much more to drive our long-term strategy and rapid growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to execute and manage key strategic initiatives.
• Support the CEO and management staff on special projects across strategy, business development, operations, and geographic expansions
• Assist in the development of board meeting materials and strategy documents.
• Work with the CEO and executive team to establish annual, quarterly, and monthly strategies, priorities and facilitates workflows to advancing them.
• Drive efforts towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO, the executive team, and the company’s wider group of managers.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of MSC, MBA is an added advantage.
• 3 years + professional experience with management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity, or Tech start-up
• The candidate should be a self-starter, comfortable working with high autonomy in coordination with the company’s CEO and executives.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced environment and an appetite to take on a variety of tasks - Keen.
• Analytic, problem solving, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, writing, and relationship-building skills, with an ability to navigate a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• A result-oriented individual that can manage projects end-to-end and deliver quality results with attention to detail.
• Experience in Africa/emerging markets
