Job Title: Travel Consultant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to both internal and external client regarding visa applications and immigration processes
• Issuing of tickets and handling all related issues e.g. refunds and complaints
• Overseeing all aspects of the immigration service process and ensuring the process runs smoothly
• Profiling and prepping of the client for an interview-based visa application
• Ensuring that all information given by the client for visa application are accurate and correct
• Maintain high standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance with corporate procedures
• Conveying customer’s feedback and suggestions to the supervisor in order to offer services that exceed customer’s expectation
• Ensuring the entire process is completed within the stipulated turn-around time.

Basic Requirements

• Must be a 1st Degree holder in related field
• Cognate experience for 3 - 5years in the travel industry
• Must be a meticulous and detailed person
• Must demonstrateintegrity and honesty
• Ability to speak a main Nigerian language fluently (an advantage).

Salary
N52,000 Monthly (Excluding commission of up to N300,000)
