Job Description
- Design and oversee all aspects of thedigital marketing department including themarketing database, email marketing,display of advertising campaigns, content creation etc.
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Plan and manage thesocial media platforms by postingcontents on all social media pages.
- Prepare accurate reports on all marketing campaigns and overall performance.
- Coordinate with the advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting theindustry.
- Evaluate important metrics that can boost thetraffic on the company'swebsite, and boost thetarget audience.
- Work with theteam to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects to improve the business.
Skills Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing platforms ( E.G: Mailchimp)is required.
- Highly creative and innovative mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision
- Strong knowledge and experience ingoogle analytics and ability to analyse data
- Strong knowledge and experience in paid adverts
- Must possess excellent story telling skills
- Ability to adapt fast
- Must be a strategic thinker.
