We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Assistant Maintenance / Property Officer

Location: Head Office, Lagos.
Division / Department: Repair & Maintenance/ Property Department
Directly reports to: Repair & Maintenance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• As the assistant Maintenance/Property officer, you are to liaise and relate with the Repair & Maintenance Manager and assist in the following;
• Keeping maintenance and repair logs, and report on daily activities on all properties
• Managing relationships with contractors and service providers
• Planning and performing detailed annual maintenance assessment for each property and report upkeep requirement
• Preparation and ongoing review of maintenance budgets for each property
• Preparing cost estimate for maintenance activities; maintain maintenance records & files of all properties maintained
• Keep proper records of negotiated quotes and accounts breakdown for each repair
• Run errands as needed
• Perform administrative task as required
• Perform related duties as required

Requirements

• Must have an HND or B.Sc in Building Construction or Estate Management
• Must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in Real Estate/Property Management
