Job Description
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Modify existing software to correct issues or improve performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Integrate software components and third-party applications.
- Verify and deploy software programs and systems
- Support communication efforts:Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
- Assess the change impact:Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
- Established network of prospective customers.
- Proven working experience as a software developmer, change managementor a relevant role.
- 4+ years’ experience in the technology industry.
