We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Slot: 3 Openings
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients to market properties in the most appropriate manner to maximize the selling value
• Handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers
• Producing reports, brochures, promotional information and other written material
• Travelling to properties and conducting viewings
• Negotiating the sale and letting of properties
• Administering and securing the disposal and acquisition of property and ensuring that it is completed legally

Key Requirements

• A can-do attitude
• A mature aura and desire to grow
• Minimum of OND or relevant work experience with at least 2 years experience
• Basic Oral Communication Skill
• Knowledge of Lagos landscape
• Willing to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to seal deals with client
• Honesty, hardworking and a result driven Individual
• Ambition, confidence and charisma
• Entrepreneurial mindset
