Principal Accountabilities

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of sales administration and operational functions of the business.
• Provide effective and inspiring leadership through effective supervision of the business operations.
• Responsible for strategic business planning and corporate strategy to ensure objectives are achieved.
• Drawing up of annual business plan and budgets in line with the company’s corporate plan and Objectives.
• Determine and identify current and future financial requirements of the company to ensure that they meet operational requirements and expansion plans;
• Responsible for end-to-end strategizing and execution of supply chain, co-packaging, effective management of imports/custom clearance;
• Relationship building with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, other competitors and providing regular feedback to management.
• Monitoring of revenues, profitability, margins, expenditures and receivables.

Requirements

• B.A or B.Sc in Electrical / Mechanical, MBA or relevant field with a minimum of 15 years progressive experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG).
• Membership of professional body.
