Principal Accountabilities

• Directs and coordinates activities of the Company to obtain optimum efficiency, economy of operations and maximize profits.
• Plans an4 develops company’s policies and goals, and implements goals through subordinate structures.
• Directs and coordinates promotion of products manufactured and services performed to develop new markets, increase share of market, and obtain competitive position in the industry.
• Analyzes departments and units budget, identify areas in which reductions can be made, and allocates operating budget.
• Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality and time lines.
• Confers with personnel and reviews ac operating, and sales reports to determine changes in programs or operations required.
• Directs preparation of directives to departments or unit heads outlining policy, program, or operations changes to be implemented.
• Promotes company in industry, manufacturing or trade associations.

Requirements

• B.A or B.Sc / MBA in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant field with a minimum of 15 years progressive experiences in Fast Moving Consumable Goods industries and in a key management role.
• Membership of professional body.
