Job Title: Contracts and Business Support Specialist

Job Description
- The contract & Business Support specialist will be responsible for all phases of contract life cycle and sales performance report.
- Development of contracts to researching the legal regulations to negotiating the terms and preparing the print document.
- The incumbent will collaborate with a legal team or at times work independently to evaluate bids and draft documents.
- Monitor sales performance through sales tracking tools and report progress to sales representatives
- Identify and keep up with sales trends
- Work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies.
- Ability to interpret sales metrics.
Qualifications
- Degree in law or related disciplines
- 3+ years of legal or paralegal experience, preferably working directly with contract law
- Knowledge of current and legally-binding contractual language and terminology
- Ability to identify, analyze, and suggest solutions for problems, customer complaints, and client concerns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including an impeccable mastery of the English language
- Knowledge of negotiation best practices, both in-person and in written form, that considers cultural norms and the client's best interests
