Job Description
- Monitoring the manager’s email and responding
- Answering phone calls and liaising with clients competently
- Organizing travel and itineraries
- Organizing and planning meetings
- Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
- Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require.
- Various ad hoc requests
- Promote the company's products and services
- Research and carry-out new strategies to increase sales and profits
- Ensure customers' satisfaction through regular follow up and customer feedback
- Maintaining new and existing relationships with customers
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of HND with at least 1 year work experience
