Job Summary
- Responsible for the day-to-day entry and Reconciliation
Job Description
- Cash withdrawal for the company from different bank as per need of the company.
- Making daily collection/payment entries.
- Uses and is familiar with the company’s financial computer systems Microsoft Navision, manuals and procedures.
- Maintains adequate records of all transactions and ensures that transactions are posted daily / weekly (i.e. local banking transactions, receipts, cheque payments, fund transfer, online payments etc.)
- Conducts daily & monthly bank reconciliation and get the bank statement through online channel or through mail.
- Conducts monthly inter company reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly schedule of Major GL of chart of accounts.
- Will be part of monthly stock taking of the company
- Any other responsibility assigned by line manager
Job Requirements
- Candidates should have First Degree in related field
- Ability to work with less supervision
- Must have a minimum of 3 years Experience in Manufacturing Sector
- Must have knowledge of Accounting Software
