Job Position: Human Resources & Administrative Manager
Objectives
Our client is keen on engaging a professional that will facilitate the realization of the institution's strategy through the formulation and implementation of best practice HR policies, Procedures and processes.
The function also includes ensuring the smooth running of the institution's administrative activities.

The ideal candidate must have good knowledge and understanding of the components and evolving dealings in human resource management, labor market and employment legislation. He/She must be able to think strategically and appreciate the systematic impact of industry policies, practices and issues on the human resource function.
Qualification
- A first degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management or a related discipline from a reputable University.
- A related second degree or a professional qualification will be an added advantage (e.g.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel Management).
- A minimum of seven (7) years post NYSC experience in human resource management in a corporate organization with at least 2 years at management level.
- Experience in managing staff strength in excess of 200 (skilled and unskilled)
- Must be willing to work in the outskirt of Lagos
