Requirement
Candidates must be members of the Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers with at least 5 years post-qualification experience gained in a reputable firm. The suitable candidate will be expected to manage the vast properties of the group, in many locations across the country. The successful candidate should have a demonstrable ability to compile and maintain suitable records of properties and to account for same in a professional manner.
Core functions but not limited to:
- Effectively providing a safe, secure and well environment and carrying out other professional duties that will enhance the Management of the vast properties of the group across the country
Remuneration
The remuneration package for each position is attractive but negotiable, though it will include the nomal perquisites attached to such positions.
