Job Title: QHSE Coordinator - Process Monitoring

Description
Quality Control
  • Process monitoring regularly and periodically for major areas to prevent the undesirable situations
  • Assists in analysis and presentation of audits outcome
Vendor Management
  • Coordination of vendor assessment on performance
  • Participation in vendor evaluation
  • Conducting vendor survey
  • Coordination of vendor registration and categorization
Inspection, Calibration, Audit and Certification
  • Coordination and inspection of completed job
  • Coordination of pre and post mobilization inspection of rope access gears and NDT equipment
  • Coordination of pre and post mobilization inspection of technology equipment
  • Review of pre-mobilization checklist
  • Coordination of equipment calibration and certification
  • Coordination of equipment audit
  • Coordination of equipment and other materials tagging and quarantine process
  • Coordination of equipment post calibration inspections
  • Issuance of work completion certificates
  • Coordination and inspection of pre/post procured equipment and other items
Reports and Presentations
  • Necessary assistance in preparation of QA-QC plans for bids
  • Coordination and preparation of quarterly BOD reports
  • Coordination of QMS performance data analysis
Performs other duties as requested.
  • Skills Required
  • Good understanding of Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Related professional certification is an added advantage
  • Good communication(oral and written) skills
  • Attentive to details and initiative
  • Good team spirit and relationship skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Tools
  • Good leadership skills are beneficial

Qualification / Experience
  • A university degree in sciences or related field is preferred.
  • Years of experience 2-5
Physical demands of the job
  • Regular use of the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.
  • Sitting for extended periods is common. Hearing and vision within normal ranges is helpful for normal conversations, to receive ordinary information and to prepare or inspect documents.
  • No heavy lifting is expected. Exertion of up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines.
Work environment
The job is performed indoors in a traditional office setting. Activities include extended periods of sitting and extensive work at a computer monitor.
