Job Title: Cabin Crew Instructor

Location: Lagos

Details

• The Cabin Crew Instructor is responsible for conducting all aspects of Cabin Crew training in accordance with the Nig. CARs and the company's policies, goals and objectives to ensure that all Cabin Crew maintain a level of high standards in safety, onboard customer service and delivery.

Typical Responsibilities

• The delivery of high standard courses to Cabin Crew trainees.
• Producing and maintaining an up to date Training Needs Analysis for all approved Cabin Crew courses.
• Producing training course materials, notes, electronic presentation, lessons plan, study guides and examination as required, for the Cabin Crew’s ab-initio/initial licensed course as well as aircraft type conversion/recurrent courses for which he/she is qualified.
• Approving the initial issue and any subsequent changes to the training course materials, notes, electronic presentation, lesson plans, study guides and examinations as required for Cabin Crew courses.

Qualification & Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Degree qualification
• Hold a current Cabin Crew License and appropriate ratings.
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Cabin Crew.
• Lead crew or purser experience.
• Hold an Instructors rating from an NCAA recognized Institution.
• Teaching experience.
