Job Title: Head of Internal Audit Group
Location: Lagos
Job Requirements
- The prospective candidate must be a chartered accountant with at least 10 years post qualification experience, five of which must have been gained in a similar position.
- He or she will be expected to show the skill and ability to work without supervision and lead a multi-disciplinary internal audit group.
- The ability to be thorough and painstaking is most desirable for this position.
Core functions but not limited to:
- Evaluating and providing reasonable assurance that the company’s instituted risk management system is functioning as designed and will support the organization In achieving Its aims and objectives.
- Coordinating all internal and external resources towards ensuring that compliance programs are effectively implemented
- Evaluating regulatory compliance procedures with due consultations with legal and other relevant departments or units.
Remuneration
The remuneration package for this position is very attractive but negotiable, though it will include the normal perquisites attached to the position.
