SME Growth Hub - Our client, a laundry service company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative / Marketing Personnel

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate pick-ups & deliveries.
  • Track customers’ clothes for laundry in a timely manner.
  • Maintain customers database.
  • Follow up on customers for sales & debt recovery.
  • Answer inquiries, queries, and complaints from customers.
  • Keep records of sales & expenses.
  • Purchase of laundry consumables.
  • Carry out online and offline marketing activities with a monthly target of activating 100 customers on our subscription plan.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of an OND.
  • 1 year work experience.
  • Good attitude to work.
  • The candidate must reside on the Island.
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and networking skills.
  • Ability to use social media effectively for marketing & customer engagement
  • Basic Accounting & computer skills.

Salary

  • N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
