Job Description
  • The acquisition and maintenance of Guest
  • Maintaining the required operating and service standards
  • Leading training and motivating staff
  • Implementation of the Guest-house rules and regulations and
  • disciplinary procedures
  • Reservation and booking of incoming and outgoing guest
  • Handling and resolving GUEST queries and complaints
  • Implementation and management of emergency procedures and planning
  • Maintaining Roams Division margins and standards
  • Procurement knowledge to replenish and maintain stock levels
  • HR knowledge to enforce staff discipline
  • Daily, weekly and monthly feedback reports
Qualifications:
  • Must be resident in Abuja - Male or Female Age 30 years above
  • National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification beneficial
  • A Dynamicresouroeful and positive individual with attention to detail
  • A strong background in managing hotellguesthouse operations
  • A high level of leadership and motivation skills
  • Must be GUEST end service driven
  • Must be trustworthy
  • Must be able to work shifts and long hours
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy (word & excel)
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive and enthusiastic to learn
  • Well groomed, presentable and professional manner
