Job Description
- The acquisition and maintenance of Guest
- Maintaining the required operating and service standards
- Leading training and motivating staff
- Implementation of the Guest-house rules and regulations and
- disciplinary procedures
- Reservation and booking of incoming and outgoing guest
- Handling and resolving GUEST queries and complaints
- Implementation and management of emergency procedures and planning
- Maintaining Roams Division margins and standards
- Procurement knowledge to replenish and maintain stock levels
- HR knowledge to enforce staff discipline
- Daily, weekly and monthly feedback reports
Qualifications:
- Must be resident in Abuja - Male or Female Age 30 years above
- National Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar qualification beneficial
- A Dynamicresouroeful and positive individual with attention to detail
- A strong background in managing hotellguesthouse operations
- A high level of leadership and motivation skills
- Must be GUEST end service driven
- Must be trustworthy
- Must be able to work shifts and long hours
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Computer literacy (word & excel)
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic to learn
- Well groomed, presentable and professional manner
