A reputable Pharmacy and Stores Company that runs several Pharmacies and Retail Stores across Abuja is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Store Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) / (Keffi) Nassarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties
Our preferred candidate must be able to:

• Manage Merchandising,
• Must have the ability to make business decisions based on current sell-through strategies
• Be able to maintain elevated store presentation by training and overseeing the execution of standards
• Understand product needs and educate team how to evaluate report information Managing Store Operations
• Must have exceptional knowledge of and adherence to all company policies and procedures
• Ensure daily management of sales, goals and company initiatives
• Attend company meetings and contributes to the overall company growth and strategy
• Ensure that the team is effectively executing all corporate programs
• Align the team with activities that will ensure that business goals are met
• Communicate with staff daily, etc.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 7 years work experience in Retail Store.
