Job Title: Fashion Production Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• We are currently in need of a fashion production manager for immediate employment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and organising production schedules
• Assessing project and resource requirements
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers
• Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
• Determining quality control standards
• Overseeing production processes
• Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
• Assist inselecting, ordering and purchasing materials / fabrics
• Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
• Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff
• Supervising and managing the work of junior staff
• Organising relevant training sessions.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc Degree / HND in any related field
• 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to manage a team
• Good communication skills
• Vast knowledge of the fashion industry.
