Contec Global Group - Our client, a fintech company is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Agent Acquisition

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Delivering on agent, customer, and revenue growth targets through effective development and management of a national distribution network.
  • Hands-on supervision of a 100+ person field sales and operational support team across various regions, ensuring teamwork and capability development, and delivering on commercial targets.
  • Implement market competitive strategies/activities and respond to competitors offering in order to manage Agent activity.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives to drive product uptake
  • Tracking and reporting Agents’ performance to critical stakeholders and regulators as at when due.

Qualification

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification.

Experience:

  • 10 years and above.
