Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Manager
Location: Lagos
Core Job Functions / Responsibility:
- Planning and overseeing building work/renovation
- Coordinating building maintenance and operational activities
- Organizing security and general administrative apartment services
- Supervising multi-discipline teams of 6 apartment engineers on management and maintenance of 12 apartment buildings
- Arrange hospitality and Managing Suppliers of apartment maintenance supplies.
- Provide administrative support for matters relating to the apartment premises and operations including security, alarms.
- Ensure Junction Arts’ policies and best practice are adhered to, including health and safety in apartment buildings
Job Requirements and Skills
- Graduate Qualifications: A First degree in relevant qualification from a recognized University REQUIRED.
- Post Graduate Qualifications: Post Graduate Degree Technology and MBA is of ADVANTAGE
- Candidate must possess a minimum of B.Sc
- Minimum requirement of 3 years experience in Property Maintenance or Administrative Manager in a big company(more than 300 Employees)
- Candidate must be below 30years old
- He must have excellent numerical skills, and basis accounting skills in record/book keeping
- Must have good knowledge of computer packages especially Ms Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure
