Fadac Resources and Services - Our client is one of the undisputed leaders in Nigeria for highly durable and cost-effective power backup solutions. It was incorporated under the corporate commission of Nigeria in 2015. They deal in premium LED lighting and power backup solutions for various types of requirements and technologies.

Due to expansion, we are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in communicating company policies and procedures. Promote understanding within the organization
  • Managing the full recruitment and selection process
  • Compensation and Benefit and Payroll Administration
  • Responsible for a new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay
  • Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and track / maintains data
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations
  • Factory experience
  • Implementing, training, and development plans for members of staff
  • Handling of employee relations
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
  • Develop a positive working environment
  • Supervise and manage a quarterly or yearly performance appraisal system, that drives high performance
  • Evaluate training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
  • Stay up to date and comply with changes in the labor legislation
  • Manage Employee Conflict.

Job Requirements

  • Must have 3 - 5 years experience as an HR generalist
  • A B.Sc / M.Sc Degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field
  • Excellent active listening and negotiation skills
  • People oriented and results-driven
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
  • Ability to coach and educate staff
  • Ability to resolve conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigation
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
  • Demonstrates good judgment; approachable and professional; solid problem-solving skills;ability to handle multiple tasks; self-motivated; well organized.
