Job Title: Online Sales Manager
Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Manage company’s websites, social media and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversion
- Conduct online campaigns and sales activities
- Promote company’s products online.
- Monitor all online sales activities.
- Propose strategies and budget for online marketing services.
- Develop campaigns and Marketing strategies.
- Respond to customer reviews
- Ensure prompt delivery of purchase made online, to customers.
- Report sales performance and cost per sale data to Top Management.
- Manage effective delivery services.
- Ensure all customers inquires are promptly addressed.
- Identify, qualify and contact potential.
Qualification / Skills
- B.Sc / HND in any relevant discipline
- Minimum of 3 years Online Sales work experience in related Role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good communication Skill
- Ability to work on Digital Marketing
- Sound understanding of E-Commerce.
