We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Tractor Driver

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment type: Full Time
Slots: 3 Openings

Responsibilities

• Driving and carrying out regular maintenance and repairs of tractors and other equipment
• Operating tractors safely and efficiently
• Performing inspections of tractors and attachments like graders, rollers and plows and ensuring they are well-lubricated
• Using tractors to convey materials or push agricultural equipment
• Carrying out minor repairs on tractor and farm equipment
• Reporting any faults or concerns to the farm manager and other relevant stakeholders
• Operating tractors with laser levelling equipment to prepare fields.

Requirements

• Minimum of NABTEB / SSCE / National Diploma from any discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of experience driving tractors
• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge of HSE principles
• Good hands-on experience in installation, operation and maintenance of Tractor.
