Responsibilities
- Planning & Execution of Technical and Soft skill training
- Ensuring that physical inventory levels are monitored and replenished as needed
- Responsible for designing and implementing improved process or operational policies
- Sharing of Service Bulletin
- Educating on troubleshooting guides/technical tips
- Spare Parts local purchase
- Trainings on new models/procedures
Requirements
- B.Sc / B.tech in Elect/Elect, Mechanical Engineering or other related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training/ Quality / Audit
- Suitable candidate must possess strong communication skills
