Job Title: HR Services Executive - Payroll Administration

Job Description
- We are looking to hire a HR Services Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating and administering HR Services to Outsourced Staff.
Responsibilities
- Design multiple payroll structures as requested by client organizations
- Execute employee recruitment and onboarding
- Administer Leave, HMO, NHF and other employee welfare packages
- Deliver employee performance management processes
- Liaise with internal HR of client organizations for seamless client / vendor coordination.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Social Sciences or Business Management from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience working as a HR professional with relevant knowledge of HR Administration
- Must have demonstrable understanding of Nigerian Labour Law
- .Candidate should reside close to Lagos Island or it's environs
