Job Description

  • Stafflancer LLC is a USA registered company, operating from Ukraine. We are currently looking for an experienced HR to help us navigate and hire the best talents in Nigeria.
  • Sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent is the heart of our business strategy and this role will be instrumental in building a foundation for our long-term growth.
  • For this newly created position, we are seeking a passionate and energetic candidate with exceptional ability to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the company

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience for all levels including senior-level resources
  • Experience and familiarity with recruiting within the IT industries is highly desirable
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
  • Ability to identify, engage, evaluate, and procure prospective candidates that can contribute to the growth of our company.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, including an active network of quality candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and navigate social media and professional networks
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think creatively, and adaptability to a dynamic market
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to coach and develop others
  • Promote and model team building, collaboration, and a high level of customer service
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and handle a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed with the ability to handle a high-volume workload while maintaining attention to details.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Ability to develop and implement processes and systems to support our recruiting program
  • This position is 100% remote.
