Job Title: Technical Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Objectives
- Manage & train the technical support/IT team.
- Provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in.
- Contribute to product design and establishment of requirements.
- Manage technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of projects.
- Ensure delivery of products & Services to clients.
- Oversee user testing and report results adjust requirements as needed.
The Profile
- First Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years’ experience in IT Solutions Design.
- Certifications in CCNC, MCITP and other required software and programming languages.
Required Skills:
- Excellent Communication (Oral and Written) Skills.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of different operating system, Microsoft Windows and Linux is a must.
- Experience in Networking & Software Development.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for presentation is a must.
