Qualifications

• HND, B.Sc / M.Sc in relevant disciplines
• Appropriate professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Applicants for this position will ideally be residents in Ota/Agbara zone

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience with a consulting company
• Must have worked in a consulting or HR environment
• Extensive Business Development skills
• Proposal preparation/presentation skill
• HR projects management experience (recruitment, organization review, staff audit, salary survey etc.
