Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for Regional sales and collection budgets, performance and development of the Territory Managers and Medical Representatives. He/she will be based in Eastern Nigeria.
Desired Skills and Experience
- A bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B. Pharm) and duly registered with PCN; an MBA will be an advantage
- 5-8 years experience in marketing and sale of pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 2 years as an Area/District/Territory Manager.
- Proven track record of consistent sales and coaching success
- Ability to develop sound business plans and meet and/or exceed corporate sales goals
- Motivate others to perform to their highest potential.
- Valid driving licence with at least five years driving experience.
- Sound working knowledge of computer on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and excellent presentation skills.
