Bukkha Hospitality Limited, (BHL or the Company), trading as Bukka Hut; a fast food restaurant with outlets located in Lekki Phase 1, (on Admiralty Way & Opposite Farm City), Circle Mall-Jakande, Chevron Drive, Ikota,  Ikoyi, Festival Mall, Festac,  Gbagada & - MMA2 Ikeja all in Lagos. We serve your favorite Nigerian meals, Bukka style, in a comfortable and hygienic environment.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Location: Lekki Admiralty Way, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Job Functions

• Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Send all order received to the outlets for processing and ensure it is fulfilled to the last point.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to service problems.
• Providing customers with the necessary service and product information.
• Processing orders, and treating enquiries requested by the customers.
• Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the Supervisor or line Manager immediately.
• Ensure all customer data are rightly entered and saved into the system and also regular update on customer information when necessary.
• Following up complicated customer calls where required.
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
• Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.

Salary
N50,000 monthly.
