We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Experience Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer enquiries via email, social media and other platforms.
• Set up and troubleshoot VPNs.
• Monitor servers and report inconsistencies.
• Act as intermediary between clients and network operators – SenderID approvals, message escalations, etc.
• Upload DND and ported numbers.

Requirements

• B.Sc in any related field.
• 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Technology background is advantageous.
