Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced Technical IT Recruiter to help us navigate the talent pool of IT expertise in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

  • Handling End to End to recruitment Supporting for internal team, ODC and clients.
  • Vendor Management: Managing and sharing requirements with Vendors.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, Head Hunting, candidate referral, Internal Database and mass-mailing.
  • Handling multiple requirements simultaneously and closing the requirement timely.
  • Filtered through and reviewed completed candidate profile/resume and evaluated applicant’s work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary/hourly rate, and personal qualifications against open requirements.
  • Design and drive the working Plan for Timely Delivery.
  • Screening candidate’s profile on the basis of Communication skills, Technical skills etc.
  • Utilize & manage maximum sources like employee referrals, internal database & build a strong pipeline for the current & future requirements after analyzing & prioritizing them.
  • Negotiating with candidates regarding CTC and convincing candidates.
  • Client Handling–Coordinating with the client for Requirement gathering and Understanding.
  • Experience in RPO Process
  • Experience in Contract Staffing.

Must Have

  • 3-5 years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Good knowledge of local IT market and different recruitment tools/approaches
  • Experience in full recruitment life cycle
  • Good knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Very good communication skills and interaction with people
  • Skills of planning and organizing activities
  • Good analitical skills
  • Experience in generating and maintaining of different kind of reports
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work with little or no oversight.
