What we need
- Our client based in Delta State Warri, is looking for an Chartered Accountant responsible for the daily accounting including data entry for accounts payable, payroll, revenue and bank reconciliations and the preparation of regular financial reporting for the owners.
- The individual should possess a background in accounting and be certified in the use of simply accounting.
- The individual would also be responsible for the day to day responsibilities involved in managing the office including co-ordination with tenants for the payment of rent, dealing with service providers and the co-ordination of leases or contracts and responding to various requests from suppliers.
Requirements
- 5 years and above, hands on experience
- Examine statements to ensure accuracy
- Ensure that statements and records comply with laws and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Able to motivate team
- Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
- Inspect account books and accounting systems to keep up to date
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
- Make best-practices recommendations to management
- Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
- Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals
Qualification: ACA, ACCA
AGE: 30-35
Remuneration
SALARY: N 70,000.00 to N 250,000.00
