The Resource Haven - Our client, a Luxury Hair Manufacturing Company in Ikoyi, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below for its operation:

Job Title: Salon Admin Supervisor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily salon operations. They will also be responsible for:

• Overseeing all services offered by the salon as well as the daily duties of all other team members.
• Recruiting salon staff that meets mandatory role requirements.
• Preparing work schedules for salon staff.
• Setting goals for each staff member, evaluating staff performance, and providing training and overall guidance.
• Monitoring salon supplies and equipment and ordering new stock as needed.
• Addressing and resolving client complaints regarding salon services and employee behaviour.
• Processing clients’ payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Ensuring that the salon is clean and well-maintained at all times.
