We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Fintech Product Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following under listed job functions:

  • Applies advanced knowledge of financial/payment processing industry to support partnership and acquisitions.
  • Participate and drive product due diligence, identifying and communicating critical issues, potential risks and deal breakers.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams, leadership to develop and build alignment between product strategy tied to buy, build or partnerships.
  • Knowledge on assessing product tech stack, security, architecture and data, ability to synergize with existing products. Collaborate with software, infrastructure, and security architects in order to elevate the technology advisory capabilities.
  • Support pre-diligence and due diligence process, leveraging information to design product integration strategy, refine and test deal value drivers and rationale, and enable teams to build the appropriate integration plan.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings to communicate timelines, execute on key integration tasks, uncover, and solve for roadblocks to ensure successful integration execution.
  • Ability to connect solution sets to see cross sell opportunities across products, impact to sale/revenue of existing portfolio of solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree from a reputable Institution
  • 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years of direct Product Management experience in payments fintech/financial services.
  • Advanced organizational, collaborative, inter-personal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to conduct industry and company research. Performs business analysis, process mapping, and data analysis as required.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels.
  • Prior success with change management and stakeholder engagement, and proven track record of successfully working across global, diverse teams.
