Job Title: Bakery Products Finishing Officer (Slicing & Packaging)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Bakery Products Finishing Officer will work with a team to ensure that all baked products are properly cooled, sliced and package whilst keeping proper records of all Bakery Finished products.

Responsibilities

• Baked products effective coolingand sorting process.
• Clean slicing and packaging of freshly baked and cooled products.
• Loading of goods for Sales Partners and accurate recording.
• Sort and take accurate record of returned products from the market.
• Inventory record keeping of all finished goods and accountability for same.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualification

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSC.
• Minimum of 3 years slicing and packaging experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Bakery Products Finishing Officer or similar role.
• Familiarity with all bakery equipment including slicing and sealing machine with hands on experience in packaging bakery products.
• Good understanding of food safety practices.
• Ability to lead a team of finishers.
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
• Must be resident within Ajah/Sangotedo axis.
