Job Title: Factory Manager

Job Description
The Factory Manager is responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. Responsibilities also involve in recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility/physical plant up-keep.
- Able to work on his own and as a team member.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication, Good time management and planning skills.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery and engineering drawings.
- Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems and ability to influence and have strong accountability.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in technology
- Experience of 5 or more years in related field is an additional advantage
