We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supermarket Sales Girl

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• The Sales Girl will be primarily be responsible for all sales activities in the supermarket.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in locating their choice of products along with providing them with information on different items.
• Receive delivery of supermarket merchandise and ensure all items are properly stored and stacked properly.
• Stock shelves following the supermarket’s policies and make sure that all out-of-stock products are reported to the manager.
• Ensure prices are put on items upon delivery to the supermarket.
• Ensure damaged and expired goods are reported and recorded before taking them off the shelf.
• Perform cashier duties by handling cash and cheque payments.
• Arrange and coordinate the delivery of items to customers.
• Update and send daily sales reports.
• Carry out, monthly stock count.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum of OND.
• 0 to 2 years experience in a similar role.

• Excellent relationship building and people management skills.
