We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties & Responsibilities

• Aligning human resources to client’s business objectives
• Recruiting the right talent
• Monitoring and evaluating employee performance
• Engineering talent development
• Enhancing recruitment efforts
• Planning strategic HR initiatives
• Running orientation and onboarding processes
• Designing succession plans
• Maintaining employee relations
• Developing and updating policies and practices
• Overseeing wellness and health initiatives
• Devise strategies for talent optimization and retention

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Managerial Psychology, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience
• A solid understanding of business functions
• Strong leadership skills.
• Project Management Skills
• Good understanding of Labour Law
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Highly organized and proactive
• Good people skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
