Job Title: Creative Developers
Location: Lagos
General Description
- Responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design and multimedia solutions
- Communicating and explaining concepts to the team and to clients and get them excited about them
- Take full responsibility for the aesthetic standards and output quality of all projects
- Liaising with clients and developing graphics and animation from their concepts
- Responsible for graphics and multimedia creativity needed to execute briefs/campaigns
- Using technical software packages, such as Flash, 3d studio max, Maya, Lightwave, Softimage and Cinema 4D;
- building up accurate, detailed frame-by-frame visuals; recording dialogue and composing the various layers of animation (backgrounds, special effects, characters and graphics) in order to produce the finished piece; working to production deadlines and meeting clients' commercial requirements; teamworking as part of a broader production network, which might include liaising with printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, account executives, website designers , application developers, account managers or marketing specialists; dealing with diverse business cultures, delivering technical/graphics presentations and pitches
- Conducting user acceptance testing on all briefs before delivering to client.
- Work closely with a team to design original layouts
- Understand business and user requirements
- Translate requirements into highly engaging and compelling design concepts
- Effectively conceptualize, design and create high-quality visuals in a variety of formats
Work Experience/ Requirement
- 1-3 Years experience in various graphics related tasks including print, web and mobile.
Educational Qualification
- A first degree in Creative Arts or Graphics, Computer Science or any other related course
Skills/Competency Required:
- Able to perform under stress situations and to work outside office hours
- Versatile style and attitude - contemporary, traditional, corporate, off the wall and so on
- Good team worker
- Ability to juggle the needs of multiple projects
- Be creative and artistic
- Have drawing skills (and sculpting skills for stop frame animation using clay)
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be patient and able to concentrate for long periods
- Pay attention to detail
- Be observant and understand how people move and express emotions
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Have good organisational skills
- Be original and inventive
- Work well as part of a team and be able to take direction from team lead and clients.
- Ability to use initiative where necessary
- Be able to follow a brief and work on their own initiative

- Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Dexterity with various creative suites to get the job done e.g Adobe, Corel, Maya and so on.
