Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant to the Area General Manager

Job Description:
  • This role provides comprehensive secretarial and personal assistance support to the Area General Manager and additional administrative support to HOD's as required.
  • Your key responsibilities will include diary management, managing calls and correspondence, coordinating accommodation bookings, restaurant reservations and requests for VIP guests and clients as required.
  • You will also communicate with and respond to guest correspondence, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Ideally, you'll have a minimum 4 years of administrative or secretarial experience with relevant qualifications.
  • To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and an advanced level of Microsoft Office competency and operation of gmail.
  • You must be confidant to balance multiple priorities, deadlines and possess initiative to see all assignments and projects through to completion.
  • You will also be comfortable relating to and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders including senior leaders, guests and clients.
