Job Title: Social Media Executive
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Implementing a social media strategy
- Managing social media sites
- Engaging in dialogue and monitoring customer issues
- Monitoring trends and encouraging adoption of social media tools
- Searching for news/articles to post
- Implementing and managing social media campaigns
- Write blog articles (identify and develop blog posts and other materials)
- Using social networking analysis tools (Twitter Counter, Google Analytic etc.)
- Monitoring internet for brand related topics of conversation Providing feedback to higher ups
- Promote social media within the organization (promotes social media activities internally)
- Utilize great web etiquette skills to ensure you deliver the right message online, help people, stimulate discussions, encourage debate, Think on your feet real time content writing, online discussion, interactions etc.
- Creative input on content, ideas on social media viral marketing
- Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
