Overview
- We have an immediate, full-time opening for young Engineers as Technical Sales Executive - Specification. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team
- Candidate must be interested in developing a career in the construction industry, have have personal attributes for sales and marketing skills, good communication and presentation skills.
- Must have completed NYSC
- Open to learning and growth
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Must be assertive
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations with good communication skills
- Excellent Reporting
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for providing dedicated specification support to consultants by making them specify our products
- Grow specification sales by building relationship with consultants, architects and civil engineers
- Be thoroughly conversant with Coaster website to promote it and assist customers to maximise its use, while maintaining working knowledge of competitor’s activities
- Promote and sell specification and product systems to specifiers, contractors and clients through visits, seminars, method statements and specification documents
- Provide product and technical training and guidance to architect, consultants and contractors
- Ongoing sales and specification support to key projects
- Prepare right tools like specification documents, method statements, case studies , past references etc that will aid success of coaster specification
Qualification
- BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology or Quantity Survey.
