Job Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities for the Role
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations
- Manage staff logistics
- Manage the organization's vendors effectively
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Plan special events and function with other departments
- Processing of all admin request from staff
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Requirements for the Role
- Bachelor's Degree in any social science course
- Minimum of 2 years' working experience as an Admin Officer or similar roles
- Professional certification will be an added advantage
