Bloomsford Associates Consultant - Our client, a Financial Services Company, is in need of qualified candidates to fill in the vacancy position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

• Oversee the recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
• Implementing and revising company’s compensation program
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
• Organize performance management processes
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc in Management, Administration or any other related field.
• An MSc is an added advantage but not mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years experience the field
• Possession of CIPM, SHRM, CIPD is an added advantage
• Ability to design and implement strategies and policies.
