Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in Banking/Finance, Accounting or Marketing with a minimum of 7 years which must be in Risk or Credit department of a Microfinance Bank or in a related industry, Postgraduate qualifications in related fields and microfinance certifications will be an added advantage; should be informed on current financial applications, and may have Professional qualifications like IRM
